How sessions work
Each session is around an hour. We move at the pace your system can hold—there’s no need to rush, and no need to have your story figured out beforehand. You’re welcome to bring whatever you arrive with.
Online
Same depth of work, from wherever you’re comfortable. Many clients find the familiarity of their own home helps the work settle in.
In person
For those near the Highlands or willing to travel. The space is quiet, private and unhurried—the kind of room a nervous system can soften in.
